Iaros Belkin
Iaros Belkin is a digital marketing strategist and Web3 ecosystem architect who has spent more than a decade building bridges between decentralized technology and institutional adoption. As Founder and CEO of Belkin Marketing since 2007, he has worked on an important task of building cross-cultural digital communications and developed a global practice with operational presence across Hong Kong, Davos, Monaco, and Copenhagen, grounded in the principle that "brands are built, not shilled."
His professional foundation was established through formative leadership roles during blockchain's institutional emergence — serving as Head of Marketing for Cointelegraph Events and Advisor to many projects, where he helped shape the discourse around decentralized technology during its critical commercialization phase. Currently, Belkin serves as Head of VVIP Event Social Studies at Backstage Global and maintains partnership roles with UnDavos Summit, Dutch Blockchain Week, WAIB Summit Monaco, and Government of Vietnam. He does personal Strategic Advisory for tech companies and startups. Through these platforms and roles, he structures educational initiatives across global markets, including blockchain hub development throughout Asia-Pacific regions.
His methodology integrates emerging technologies with proven communication strategies. His recent work on "AI Inclusive Content Marketing 2.0" combines LLM-driven audience segmentation with human editorial oversight, maintaining rigorous standards while achieving measurable performance improvements. A 12-year longitudinal study he conducted examined content marketing's evolution from traditional SEO to AI-inclusive methodologies, analyzing data from 500 organizations across 3,500+ campaigns to document the transition from click-based to answer-based search paradigms.
